7 Degrees of FizzBuzz

So, everyone has probably heard of FizzBuzz. Its a relatively simple programming puzzle that is sometimes used as an interview question. The task itself if simple, but we'll stretch our Ruby muscles by pairing up and implementing it in 7 increasingly complex ways.

Bill Gathen developed a kata called 7 Degrees of FizzBuzz (http://billgathen.com/2013/01/18/7_degrees_of_fizzbuzz.html) in which we'll progress from a simple script to a tested, sinatra-enabled Ruby gem.
