CoffeeScript - Ruby inspired Javascript

I'll be making a presentation about CoffeeScript which has been included with Rails since 3.1.

Here is the itinerary:

What is CoffeeScript, who created it, and why?

How does CoffeeScript enable me to write Javascript code that looks more Ruby-like?

What does it look like after it compiles to Javascript.

Pros and cons of using CoffeeScript rather than Javascript.

Go out for drinks!

Great presentation - I know nothing about Ruby, but still got some things out of it.

Great intro to the language. After that presentation, I can definitely see the benefits (and simplicity) of using CoffeeScript over straight JS. I also picked up a bit of what Ruby is like during that too.
