This group will meet at the Brushy Creek Trail three (3) times a week and do Jeff Galloway's Run Walk Run. We will focus on increasing our running distance weekly and begin with two (2) miles a day and work up to seven (7) or eight (8) miles a day. Rumor has it that 25 to 30 miles a week will take the weight off! Even if you are not a runner, you can run walk run.

 

I suggest you download the "Runkeeper" application to your smart phone to track your progress.  You can also go to http://www.jeffgalloway.com and order a training journal (or pick one up at a local bookstore) and also go to www.gymboss.com and order a interval timer.  

 

A water belt is always good idea!
