HM SPORTS PERFORMANCE is proud to present this one of a kind Running Club that caters to a Runner's every need!

In addidtion, www.RunMDR.com is also a social networking environment that provides runners with everything from performance training techniques, to educational information and advice provided by a fully functional Sports Rehab Center and medical experts.  

RunMDR is a set of tools offering each member Performance Enhancement, Sports Rehab, and personalized Professional Coaching. We also sponsor our Bi-weekly Group Runs with 5K/10K/8MI/10MI courses as well as boot camps and speed training sessions to give each runner a great workout.

 

Run MDR Members receive:

    • Ask the Experts tool: Our Team of experts are ready to answer your personalized questions and concerns about running issues or concerns.
