Fish Canyon Falls

This is a 5-mile (roundtrip) trail run with with 700 ft. of elevation gain. This is an excellent introduction to trail running, challenging but not punishing. It should be well within everyone's range. We'll start and finish together. Please bring hydration and some energy food. Though the water level at the falls is low, there still is flow considering we've been in drought-mode for the last two years. Come join in! My cell phone will be on and there will be a 5-minute grace period if anyone is running late.
