Regardless if you do 5 miles or 50 miles a week, this Meetup is designed to prepare for and counteract the effects of running. These hour long classes will focus on flexibility through various stretching and foam rolling techniques as well as strength exercises to prevent IT Band syndrome (runner's knee), patello-femoral syndrome, plantar fasciitis and other injuries that aries from running.
