Building startups that operate in US and Russia - lessons learnt from mistakes

Dear Rustech Group members,

we have found a venue! Thanks to all who helped!

Here is what you need to do:

1. RSVP here. Registration is mandatory - and the deadline is 10 pm October 7 Moscow time (Thursday). The number of seats is limited, so be fast!

2. Invite your 2-3 most special connections to join our group and RSVP too if you have not done so.
   The criteria are: a) you know this person in action, and he/she has proven to be fantastic without exaggeration; b) the person is a giver, not just a taker.

3. Remember your experience in business development, fundraising, or managing teams across the two continents - and decide whether you can share experience over a 15-min talk with others.
   Possible subtopics include:
   Will you be able to enter the US market, how do you do it, do you have to relocate, how to manage distributed teams, etc etc.
   And remember - we have a chance to talk about failures! We want the discussion to be so candid that our friends would feel proud we had the courage to share the blunt truth! ;)
   Let me know about it when you register - then I will get back to you and choose the most interesting speeches.

Regarding our format, let me reiterate.
We will decide when I get your input. Most probably we will have three to four 15-minute structured talks about reflections on past failures, followed by Q&A from the other members. Then we will network for around 1.5 hours.
