Cross compiling for ARM linux targets + accessing the GPIO in a Raspberry Pi

In this session we will talk about cross-compiling for an ARM target with Linux, we'll learn how to set up a development environment for that, and we will make a simple program in a Raspberry Pi.

This will be the first meetup in a series for embedded systems, ARM boards, accessing the GPIO and get closer to embedded projects using Rust.

Also, a virtualized compilation environment will be provided to make it easy to try these steps in your computers, with the necessary toolchains to cross compile for any RPi.

At the end of the session we will obtain a blinking LED on our RPi.
