This exciting monthly Healing Meetup group is for people interested in learning more about Sameta - a revolutionary healing technique developed by Dr. Lawrence Bell. Sameta is a gentle, progressive healing method, merging an advanced form of spinal adjusting (no “cracking” or twisting of the spine) with the simplicity of hands-on healing technologies. It is applied to promote the healing wisdom of the body through breath, touch, focus, and movement. The Sameta process encourages the body to discover new healing pathways and guides the nervous system toward a state of peace, flexibility and creativity.
During the evening, Dr. Bell will discuss:
• The “Five Percent”: piercing the core structure that divides one from one’s true path
• The Triad of Change: Perception, Behavior, Structure (how a shift in any one of these can enhance or diminish the nature of the self)
• How to activate the ultimate bridge to full life potential
• A daily breathing exercise to cleanse perception and increase its range.
Practical demonstrations allow participants to witness and experience the application of the Sameta technique.

Dr. Lawrence Bell earned a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University and worked as a design engineer for several years before a shift in career focus led him to Los Angeles to pursue Chiropractic. His training includes Network Spinal Analysis, Somato Respiratory Integration, Sacral Occipital Technique, Applied Kinesiology, Neuro Emotional Technique, and Total Body Modification. Dr. Bell combines his vast knowledge and training in the modern healing arts with the wisdom of the ancient mystery schools of Egypt, offering unique and practical ways to connect to body, mind, and spirit. He offers powerful pointers into one's own authentic being.
