My fun Thai friend Arnie is back.....he is ready to teach you how to prepare more Thai dishes.  As usual he will be full of Thai food knowledge and kooky commentary.  We are calling this Level 2 because the items we are going to cook are more exotic!  These items will definitely stretch, awaken, and educate your taste buds!

During class, we will be making the following items:

Seafood appetizer
Chicken Larb 
Beef Salad

Also serving other appetizers, Thai Iced Tea, rice, soda, water.

During the class, be prepared to do some dicing, slicing, chopping, stirring, tasting, and giggling. You will definitely learn a lot about Asian spices, oils, and vegetables. All hands on deck!

Please note: several of these dishes will be spicy and may contain items you may be allergic to.  Please make sure your stomach can stomach these items.

What you can expect for the class:
1) Organizer Nina and teacher Arnie will do all the shopping, classroom setup, and instructing (the classroom is my kitchen in my house)
2) Students will do the food prep, cooking, tasting, and clean-up
3) Class will take at least 3 hours
4) Nina to email you recipes

APRON CONTEST : please bring your cutest, prettiest, or funniest apron with you. The winner will win a token prize!!!

Cost of Attendance: $40 per person

How to attend: If you want to attend, sign up on the waitlist. I will contact you individually regarding payment. When payment is received, you will be moved to Yes. Event address will be emailed to all registered attendees prior to the event.

How to pay: pay thru PayPal or cash/check (in person or via mail). Early payment guarantees your spot!  Payment must be received by January 21st.  If payment is not received by that date, your rsvp will be changed to “No”.

Note: this event may be cross-promoted with other meetup groups. Maximum class attendance is 8 persons.
