Since I am a homebody and live on a yacht, I would organize a food oriented event on the boat. I'd pick a theme, say Spanish food. I would provide the entree, perhaps Paella, and all attendees would bring side dishes, desserts and beverages complementing the food theme.
I don't prepare Mexican much because there are so many wonderful Mexican restaurants in the area.
