Please join us for a joint event with Local Habit and Suzie’s Farm. This event will allow us to support 2 local businesses while eating, being educated, and meeting other group members.

Local Habit is a restaurant in Hillcrest that uses local produce and meats from various local farms in the area, including Suzie’s Farm. Owner Adam Hiner will be there to join us, and tell us about his restaurant. The full menu will be available for us to order food and drinks at menu price. Please check out the completely affordable menu including the restaurants “small plates” which highlight their use of local products. Have you ever wanted to “try out a CSA box”, well here is your chance!
This is a great opportunity. I frequently hear people say they wish they could just try a CSA box one time. In order to see if they like what comes in a CSA box to decide if they want to join a farms CSA’s program.
At our Meetup, Suzie’s Farm will be offering you a 1 time CSA box for $27. The box will contain fresh seasonal produce picked directly from Suzie’s Farm. These CSA boxes will be pre-ordered and be ready for you the day of the event. When you sign up for the Meetup you need indicate that you will be ordering a box. (add a comment when you sign up, or send me an email)
How to order your CSA box:
Below is a link where you need to pre-purchase the CSA farm box $27 per box. Then just pick it up at the Meetup. Please print the voucher. Again, please don't forget to indicate on the Meetup site if you have ordered a box.
