The Artist's Way Workshop (rescheduled to start 5/22)

Note: Because of the SD County fires we are rescheduling the start of the next Artist's Way Workshop. Our first meeting will be 2 pm Thursday, May 22.

“Leap and the net will appear.” ― Julia Cameron

We teach a proven process that opens up hearts and minds to bigger dreams. Join us for our first Artists' Way summer session!

"The Artist's Way," by Julia Cameron has been called "the seminal book on the subject of creativity" and "an invaluable guide to living the artist's life." In this 12-week workshop you will:

*Learn to let go of perfectionism
*Immerse yourself in a like-minded community of supportive creatives
*Become the artist you were meant to be

What: The Artist's Way Workshop, presented by Rachel Moore, M.A., & San Diego Creative Connection

When: 12-week session runs 2-4 p.m. Thursdays, May 15-July 31, 2014

WhereHera Hub in Mission Valley
8885 Rio San Diego Drive #237
San Diego, CA 92108

We will meet in a large, beautiful conference room (see photo below). As well as providing plentiful free parking in a central location, Hera Hub also offers complimentary coffee, tea, and water in a comfortable, spa-like setting.

Investment: $249 Meetup members
$299 regular
$99 returner (returning participants may register here)

Note: This workshop is open to the public.

Your Facilitator: San Diego Creative Connector Rachel Moore, M.A., helps aspiring writers and artists move away from doubt and into action. Her Artist's Way Workshop participants include a retiree who transformed her office into a painting studio, a writer who got the courage to design her own book cover, and a textile artist who launched her first group gallery show in Tokyo. Rachel's clients have called her a "fantastic moderator" and "outstanding facilitator" who creates a safe and comfortable environment for exploration.

What You'll Need: A copy of the book "The Artist's Way," by Julia Cameron (find one at your local independent bookstore or on Amazon or Kindle), plus an open mind and heart. :-) This is not an art class, and no previous art experience is required.

Questions? Contact Rachel here or read some testimonials from previous participants here.

Will this class be offered again? I'd love to participate but the afternoon time doesn't work for me.
