And now, on with the show!

Titanic (1953) Starts: 3:45 PM, Ends: ~5:25 PM

Starring: Barbara Stanwyck, Clifton Webb, Robert Wagner
    Director: Jean Negulesco
Plot: A wealthy couple whose marriage is on the rocks, takes an ill-fated trip to New York.

Then, Stanwyck gets involved in a different fight for survival

Executive Suite (1954) Starts: 5:35 PM, Ends: ~7:20 PM

Starring: Barbara Stanwyck, William Holden, June Allyson, Frederic March
    Director: Robert Wise
Plot: When the CEO or a large corporation dies, it's open season among the executives -- and their wives and mistresses -- to see who will succeed him. (Stanwyck and Holden were life-long friends, because Stanwyck -- then a major star -- had fought for him to be cast as the lead in Golden Boy (1939), which helped launch his career. He never forgot that, and sent her flowers every year on the anniversary of the start of shooting.)
