We're bringing you the opportunity to take a first look and offer on this well-lived-in, large 2br/2ba home before it gets snapped up on the MLS. This is a tentative date that I should be able to confirm by May 12th. I will also share the address of the house, which is a short walk from the restaurant address placeholder.

So whether you're an experienced flipper, want to get started flipping on a lower-cost home in the SF Bay, a GC ready to capture more of that renovation profit doing your own flips, or anyone else who's willing and able, with the cash in your pocket, come one and all!
