RE Networking Meetup @ My New 4plex in Oakland

This special version of my monthly Real Estate meetup will be held in a vacant unit in my 4plex in Oakland that I am expecting to close later this month, with a tentative meetup date scheduled for Wed, May 28th, at 6:30PM. `

PLEASE RSVP ON THE WAIT LIST IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO COME, NO MATTER HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ON THERE. I WILL LIKELY INCREASE THE MAXIMUM NUMBER A BIT DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING DEMAND, AND SOME MAY DROP OUT IF THE DATE CHANGES DUE TO CHANGE IN CLOSE OF ESCROW DATE. I MAY ALSO ADD ANOTHER DATE IF THERE IS ENOUGH INTEREST.

I will provide the address to the people coming, by email. I will also need to limit the size of the event. This is a special meetup, and normally I will provide the address and open it to everyone. Next meetup around mid-June!

This event will include lots of introductions, networking, and discussions, as each of the events I organize do. This special meetup will also include a tour of the property, strategy from prospecting to loan close, financials & projections, and some Q&A. It will be a unique opportunity to get a chance to see the property behind the numbers, with a deal that is still in process. I'll share my results after I lease up the units!

I will have to limit the size of this event due to the venue. But add your name to the waitlist, and I will contact you if/when spots open up or people cancel. I will be able to accommodate many more attendees at the next meetup!
