How to build a virtual machine

This Meetup will be in the same room at Mozilla as the last meet up. Entry is on the "inner side" of the building, by the courtyard, near but not on the Embarcadero. The room is the "community space".

I will give a tutorial on building VMs per feedback from last meeting. I'll do it in Java and likely build a register-based VM. Level will be set at experienced programmers but w/o much language implementation experience.
