Solar Eclipse Meditation at Ocean Beach

This Sunday, May 20th is a day of epic alignment - as the new moon eclipses the sun, we will come together at Ocean Beach to sit in peaceful meditation, synchronized with over 300+ cities around the world!

Earlier in the day, the iconic San Francisco event Bay to Breakers will roll through the Golden Gate Park and end up at Ocean Beach, and at 6:30 pm that's where we will gather.

5:15 is when the eclipse begins, so feel free to come early to tune into the solar vibe. The meditation will begin when the Eclipse reaches it's peak, at 6:30 pm. We will sit for one hour in blissful, silent meditation, followed by 11 minutes of vibrational toning, in what we like to call a "sound bath". All voices and vibrational instruments welcome! (ie singing bowls, gong, didge, etc) Join us at any time!

We will finish the meditation around 7:45 pm, which is when the sun will have returned to it's full glory. (Note: Please do not look directly at the eclipse without appropriate eye protection. We encourage you to come prepared!)

Feel free to bring snacks to share and stick around to watch the sun set over the ocean.
