Group co-organizer Ann Burkett has co-founded Game Dojos, a 3-month accelerator program targeting small game and platform developers. Applications are now open for teams to join us in a rigorous session of hands-on workshops, seminars, and mentorship with the leading producers, designers, developers, marketers, distributors, and investors in the industry. We'll provide your team with free or subsidized options for bay area work space and funding assistance options. Current applications are due by February 15, 2012, with the first class running February 20th - May 29th.

Wow - where is the office space in Fremont, CA? Also, is there a fee for applying?

Hi Yosun, No fee for applying and part of the point is that among other things like expert design help from people who have had hit game studios, distribution and even in some cases staffing, we put together funding packages and connections for teams that are or have desire and work ethic to be successful studios. We try to help fund you not the other way around. The only exception is if you want to use us to are simply trying to get a day job not build a studio, otherwise we try to fund you.

We have space options in SF and Mountain View. The space under consideration currently is 161 Mission Falls Ln Fremont, CA, which will depend on interest and utility rates, if you are interested in Fremont apply and note that.
