WPMIA Fort Lauderdale Meetup: More WordPress Basics / Intro to bbPress

Back by popular demand, we will be reviewing basic WordPress topics. Bring your questions, and we'll see if we can get them all answered. :) Also, other topics will include:

• Reliable places to look for themes and plugins

• Options for backing up your WordPress Site

• Intro to WordPress multi-site (keeping it simple)

• How to Make an Internal Communication System in WordPress Using P2

Time permitting there will also be a brief introduction and walkthrough demo of bbPress - if you want a simple forum with your WordPress site, bbPress is probably a good solution.

One thing that will also be discussed will be WordCamp Miami 2014 and any updates: what topics would you like to see covered? Also if anyone is able to volunteer (even if it's a few hours) please come to the meeting.
