My guess is that 90 percent of those in the room were experienced Wordpress users, and the 10 percent who didn't were probably a bit overwhelmed by even this basic presentation. Hopefully, those folks were able to hook up with more experienced people offline as they struggle forward.

Would have liked to have time for Q&A and will make sure we stop 10 minutes early for that. Also, introductions for everyone in the beginning.

Incredible both presenters were outstanding, and the room was exceptional. Very comfortable, quiet and a great venue for any conference or learning event.

Just back from the meeting. I am thankful that there is once again WordPress meetings in Broward. This one I found better organized that others I have attended. I would suggest a good Q&A session be incorporated. Looking forward to the next one. Also, self-introductions would be nice.

We will be showing a case study of a few themes. But the discussion is more so about concepts and ideas of what to focus on in the first 24 hours.

    Can't wait to see everyone.

Regarding the "how to build a Wordpress site within 24 hours"... Are you going to be talking about this with a specific theme in mind? Or themes in general? Just want to know if, to follow along, I should have an ideal theme installed beforehand? For me, in learning WP, choosing the most functional theme for my events company has been the hardest part... still don't have an answer...
