ADDITIONAL INFO AND RULES:
I. Event Attendance
A. Minimum involvement require attendance of at least one event every month. Members are encouraged to attend as many events as possible. We understand things can happen were members can not attend scheduled events. If a members average attendance is 10 or less events in a year, you could be dropped from the group.
B. Multiple no-shows when RSVP'd yes, will be grounds for removal from the group.
C. Last minute RSVP changes to "NO" may be considered a "no-show" (usually if done same day without a reasonable excuse, 24hrs on paid events or if done after monies have been extended on your behalf).
II. RSVP - Featured Events
A. Members are required to attend at least one "featured event" each six events, or six months - whichever is the longer period of time.
B. Members are required to RSVP for all "featured" events YES or NO, which are denoted as such and are usually once a month on weekend days.
C. Member who fail to RSVP to "featured" events, will be given a warning. This is to help us in planning, and get feedback on why people can not or choose not to attend certain events. After three warnings, a member could be removed from the group.
III. Business Networking
A. members who are involved in business referrals and networking are expected to honestly portray themselves and act within appropriate ethical behaviors. Violation of these terms can result in a member being banned from the group.
B. The group email list and information can not be used for personal financial interests without informing the group organizer in writing (email ok) and approval. Violations will result in removal from the group.
IV. General Behavior
A. Members are expected to show common courtesy and respect to other members at all times.
B. Violating common courtesies, harassing of other members, or other inappropriate behavior can be grounds for removal from the group at the discretion of the group organizer.
