Trips & Events

Distributing information on upcoming events is key to a successful club.  Group members are strongly encourage to suggest meetups.  If you plan on fishing on any given day, and you want to invite others along, just suggest a meetup.  If you know of a tournament or other organizations event that may be of interest to club members, share it.

How to Suggest or Help Plan Meetups

To schedule a new Meetup, go to the Group home page.

Click on the blank space next to Let’s Meetup and...

Fill out the What should we do section.

You can leave the other sections blank, so fellow members can collaborate on content, or add your own date, place and details.

If you click on a Meetup from your Meetup Group's home page, you'll see all of the details for that event.

If you see a Meetup that needs a date or location and you have ideas, go for it!

Suggest the date or the time in the space provided, or post a comment to the talk about this Meetup section to get the conversation started. Organizers can change details later if necessary.

You can always contact your Organizers with suggestions via the Contact us link in the left column on your Meetup Group's home page for help scheduling a meetup or with questions.

Remember: you don't have to be an expert to help plan a Meetup. There are lots of ways you can contribute.

Event Posting Restrictions:

If you are looking to promote your business; your support is welcomed.  However, please refrain from posting events.  Businesses looking for promotional opportunities should contact the Club Organizer.  Any events posted without approval will be removed and business members will be banned from the club.  The club is free to its members but it is not free to run.  Business Sponsorship opportunities and Member Perks are excellent ways to support the club.
