Mt Lowe railroad loop tour

This hike will be about doing the tour of the old Mt Lowe railroad. We will be stopping at stations along the way and reading about the stops. I will try to have informational packets available.

I know many of us have done numerous trails in this area, including me, but Ive been wanting to do the actual hiking tour instead of just running by the stations on my way to another hike, so this time I plan to stop at the stations, take pictures, explore and learn about this railroad.

If you are a trail rusher or need to put another notch on your hiking stick, please dont sign up. If you are interested in history and checking things out instead of flying by them, this moderate paced hike is for you.

The trail will take us to Echo Mtn. Cape of Good Hope, My Lowe trail camp, and return to Echo Mtn via castle Canyon.
