Visit Mission Point (2771') and Oat Mtn (3747') in the Santa Susana Mountains

Details
Tour the Santa Susana Mountains, which are just south of Santa Clarita; they are sandwiched in between I-5 and Highway 118, north of Granada Hills. We will use a car shuttle.
The first peak is Oat Mountain, the highpoint of the Santa Susanas. We will use a fireroad called Browns Canyon Road, which is closed to motor vehicles. There are radio towers at the summit (i think) and we may have to pay a $5 parking fee.
The "truck trail" between Oat Mtn and Mission Pt is about 5 miles long and goes up and down a lot.
The second peak is Mission Point, which is well-known and is on the Lower Peaks list.
Stats: 10 miles, 2700' gain.
