Silat Seni Gayong is an ancient Malaysian martial art that originated from the Malay Archipelago. The combative nature of Silat Seni Gayong is evinced in the word ‘Gayong’ which means using any element in the surrounding area to deflect an oncoming attack.

Silat Seni Gayong also emphasizes on the development of the self, becoming a better person, and serving humanity. Sometimes compared to a tiger ready to devour its prey, Gayong helps practitioners develop and increase physical fitness, flexibility, mental conditioning, and self-confidence.
