Include : - 2-way coach,

• 3 nights budget hotel (twin/triple sharing)

• 2 day bicycle rental

• bus or taxi ferrying between hotel, trail head, etc.

Exclude : - all F & B

• insurance (compulsory to have your own)

• and all others not in the 'Include' above.

Group size : 8 - 12 pax (8 to go)

Itinerary ( subject to change )

Day 1 : 8.00pm - meet a Kranji Mrt Station, proceed to Woodlands Check Point, and after the Immigration clearance and depart for Penang by overnight coach from Larkin (JB)

Day 2 : Early morning alight at Butterworth Jetty, take ferry across to George Town. Check in budget hotel and proceed to rent bicycles, Cycle around George Town area. Itinerary will be decided in a later date.

Day 3 : Cycle to north coast of island (Batu Ferringgi) and George town for the areas left out on 2nd. day and shopping.

Day 4 : Trek up to Penang Hill from Botanic Garden via Moon Gate Trail
Day 5 : We will catch the morning coach from Komtar back home.

Registration and Payment

1. All RSVP will be placed in the “Waiting” list. You must answer all questions during the RSVP.

2. Mode of payment will be emailed to you. Please do not make any payments until you receive the instruction.

3. Your participation is confirmed only upon receipt of your payment. Confirmation is on a “First-Pay First-Serve” basis. After which, your name will be transferred to the “Confirmed” list.

4. All payments made for registration are not refundable.

5. Please provide your Insurance agency's name, policy number and 24-hours contact number after you have made your payment.

Disclaimer, Indemnity and Terms of Participation:

If the participant does not show up at the meeting point specified on the agreed date and time, the organizers (hereafter taken to include assistants and hosts) will not wait for the participant. There is no refund of any money paid. It is the participant's onus to find out and fulfill, in a timely manner, the immigration requirements of the trip destination with regard to his/her own nationality - i.e. visas, permits etc. In the absence of essential documentation, the organizers shall not be liable for the consequences of incomplete trip formalities. The participant acknowledges that this is an adventure trip. The itinerary serves as a guide only and flexibility may be required. The organizers cannot be held responsible for any changes, cancellations or delays caused by accidents, strikes, government regulations, weather conditions or natural calamities, etc. The participant is advised to have comprehensive travel insurance against medical exigencies, personal accidents, natural calamities, etc. with the appropriate coverage of activities and geographical area. The participant understands that during the course of the trip certain events may occur, including, but not limited to, accident or illness, political instability and the forces of nature. The participant agrees to assume all risks associated with the trip and indemnifies the organizers and hosts against all claims arising from his/her participation.
