The North Texas Divorce and Single Group is made up of divorced, separated and newly single people looking for support, friendship and the chance to rebuild thier lives. We are a group dedicated to fostering a healing, safe, friendly and fun environment for broken hearts and spirits.
We are not a self-help group but rather lean more towards a social support group. We discourage STBX (soon-to-be-ex) bashing. We are not a dating service.... just a bunch of nice people coming together to relax. Inappropriate behavior and bad manners will not be tolerated... this a threat free place for singles people to meet and enjoy themselves.
The small, one-time membership fee of $5.00 helps to offset the fees that are paid directly to Meetup.com. You may make the payment online to AMAZON payments (way better and much safer than PAYPAL) at the time you sign up or pay the $5 in cash when you come to your first event.

PLEASE NOTE: It is our practice to keep the membership roster updated and current so if you have not been on this site in 4 months or more you will be considered INACTIVE and removed from the roster. The best way to avoid being dropped is to check the site on a regular basis. Our wish is not to upset anyone or make them feel excluded; only to keep the member list 'real.' Thanks for understanding.
