Let's Celebrate America! One Nation Under God!

As a tea party group, our cry has been for freedom and liberty from an oppressive government. We're taxed too much, we're regulated too much, and we are being forced to become dependent servants of government in our everyday lives. Not only that, but our government has put us on the path to destruction by restricting and limiting our resources, overburdening us with incomprehensible debt and refusing to protect our sovereignty.

Contrast that with God's intent for man. The God of the Bible has always desired that men live free and abundant lives. His command early on was to multiply and be fruitful, and be good stewards of all that God has given us. He also asked us to help the poor and to loosen the chains of injustice. We believe these are the principles of not only our Constitution, but of the tea party and 9-12 groups too.

Throughout the times written about in the Bible, whenever God was worshipped and called upon by a nation, God always miraculously intervened. Throughout our nation's history, in times of trouble, Presidents have called upon the people to fast and pray for this very reason. We have even declared many days of thanksgiving to God.

For the past 100 years, the progressives and liberals of our country have been on the rampage to systematically destroy our foundation and heritage of being One Nation Under God. We will not let them continue on this path anymore. Therefore, at this meeting we will be honoring and praising the God of the Bible. We will read scripture, worship with music, and praise God with prayer.

We will also discuss Senator Mike Lee’s recent paper on “What’s Next For Conservatives?” He has launched this new Republican strategy with introduction of four bills in the Senate, all to help begin to secure American families, the only true strength of our nation. Because we believe the power of our nation resides in its people (like you and me), it is imperative that we gather and discuss these important issues and take action where we can. The Republican’s need a new strategy, that’s for sure, and Senator Mike Lee is refreshingly on target.

Even if you are not a believer or have reservations, we encourage you to come. There will be no charge for this meeting and all those that attend will receive a book titled, Rise and Shine America - A Call to Pray for the Healing of Our Land, written by a local patriot, S. E. Ruppert. Our Christmas gift to you! It is a tremendous book of hope for our country. Ruppert holds a Ph.D. in education from USC and is Professor Emerita of Education at Vanguard University of Southern California.

You don't want to miss this meeting where you will be spiritually refreshed and empowered which we believe will transcend to America. As Benjamin Franklin acknowledged, God is interested in the affairs of man.
