The Sons of Texas MC was established July 4th 2005 and is an AMA affiliated motorcycle club. SOTMC is about friendship and brotherhood, it is a way of life. Members enjoy riding with each other sharing stories of our great rides.

We cherish our Texas Heritage and we look to build lasting and fulfilling relationships with other members. We enjoy riding the back roads of Texas, visiting historical sites, and points of interest, making stops for good eats and cold beers and attending such events as rallies, drag races, and swap meets while having as much fun as possible in the process.

Our club also likes to show its support to its community, other organizations, charities and benefits. By doing this, we hope to be able to help people in need while enjoying riding our motorcycles in the process.

Being an MC the main objective is brotherhood and riding, but with that there is also the political side. We are a club that is involved in the Texas COC (Confederation Of Clubs). The TXCOC is a organized meeting of all clubs in Texas and independents that stand up to the government that is trying to take away our freedoms as bikers. So all the clubs come together 1 Saturday every other month to tackle any issues that may arise.

The Sons Of Texas full patched members live by a creed:

I am a Son of Texas

Quick to love, slow to trust and bound

by the covenants of, Love, Loyalty and

Respect, so heroically earned with the

blood of my forefathers. These traits I

demand of myself, my brothers and sisters,

and those who would enter my life, for

without them, you are of no use to me.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
