Dear Riders,
You will have the opportunity to participate in an event that will increase your awareness, build your confidence, and give others something to talk about. Safe motorcycle riding depends largely on your knowledge and skills. The skills for motorcycling require a lot of practice. If you have just learned to handle a motorcycle and have very little riding experience, then the most important part of learning to ride is still ahead. Both tests consist of four riding evaluations that measure your control of the motorcycle and your hazard-response skills. Basic vehicle control and crash avoidance skills are included in on motorcycle tests to determine your ability to handle normal and hazardous traffic situations.
Certificate of attendance and completion will be issued after passing course evaluations level.
You MUST have your OWN BIKE and high top shoes (https://www.meetup.com/Metro-Riders/messages/boards/thread/39103552#) to support your ankle, gloves and glasses.

Save Our Students Academy, Inc, S.O.S is a 501(c)3 non-profit Youth Violence Prevention / School Suspension & Enrichment Program that was started in 1994 by Judge Ruby Thomas. We offer life-saving and enrichments activities with our youth’s welfare foremost in mind. We have a variety of critical components in the academy, to include career (https://www.meetup.com/Metro-Riders/messages/boards/thread/39103552#), cultural, social diversity, abstinence, premarital sex and programs on non-violence, tobacco/ drug/alcohol usage. We have no religious or political affiliation, our goal is to overcome the negatively in our youth and to re-establish and reassure a more positive and productive citizen that will secure a brighter future. We have no grant base funding and all of our funding is being donated by our volunteers who share in our vision. We also assist with community service hour’s requirement. This program is FREE and open to the public.
