Battle of Aiken

Last year was one of the first years that members of SPS had traveled to this Civil War re-enactment. It's a great opportunity to get people portraiture shots and one of the best opportunities to get cannon flare.http://photos4.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/8/0/f/e/event_21693022.jpeg I suggest that we carpool and rally at the Briarcliff Baptist Church prior to a 7am departure. It will take about 2 hours to drive there.

I would recommend bringing a folding chair just so that you can at carve out a little real estate from where you would like to shoot from, and even take a load off your feet for few minutes.
