Quality Catalysts: Ability to Execute
and Capability Growth.
Where does quality and business performance come
from?  Are they related?  What are their catalysts?  Execution
Ability and Capability Growth are two critical links between business strategy
and results and are catalysts for quality.  Organizations that can master
these disciplines can make quality a competitive advantage for themselves and
add value to their products and services for their customers.  SQA groups
in particular can benefit in their efforts to move from a software testing
focus (quality control) to a quality assurance focus.  In this presentation
illustrated with successful real world examples, learn the keys and core
processes required to execute and grow capabilities in your organization.

Our Presenter - John Rutledge is a QA Manager at Sage Software.  He has 23
years of experience at organizations including International Trade Systems, ABC
Technologies/SAS Institute, Fios, and Sage helping them achieve their quality,
performance and fiscal goals. He has applied his management, team
development, and process development skills in multiple business
areas.  These areas include software quality assurance, quality
management systems, quality control, technical communications, technical
