The town of Redgate (named for the unique color of its surrounding walls), lies along a major trade route and is home to roughly 500 people, as well as a standing garrison of roughly 100 soldiers.
A constant stream of travelers, merchants, peddlers, and pilgrims passes through the infamous red gates of this trade town... that is, until today.
Quarantine has been declared. Signs of sickness and plague are spreading throughout the population, and the town has closed all the outer gates, sealed the keep, and, in the process, trapped you inside.
Can you find the cause of the plague? And even if you do, can it be stopped?
Take your first steps on the path of destiny here. Make the allies, enemies, and choices that will lead into the uncertain future ahead. Be a hero... or at least be well paid.
