In these days of globalization, the expectations from individuals have gone up sky high - top notch productivity, super intelligence and supernatural intuitions, teamwork, ability to inspire/motivate groups of people with diverse interests, and ability to remain calm and composed even in the most trying circumstances.

However, the so called development of the world has left individuals stressful, emotionally weak, impatient and discontented instead of helping them to do whatever they do more happily with the least of the resources. Today, chronic diseases like blood pressure and diabetes have become a part of progress and prosperity. Man experiences chaos wherever he is – home, office, universities, classrooms – instead of creating a peaceful environment & harmony for himself and everyone. All the essential virtues such as good health, a living based on potential, creativity, patience, mutual trust, etc. are lost in manipulating a successful life.

Today, there is lack of urge and capacity to relate with the people and environment, which is resulting in Emotional Stress. This has caused severe damage to Interpersonal Relations and Family Bonding even in well developed societies.

Today, there is lack of urge and capacity to take up further endeavors and challenges, which is causing Mental Stress. This has caused severe damage to productivity and efficiency of Individuals and to the sense of fulfillment from one’s own work and tasks, leading to increase in destructive tendencies.

Today, there is a lack of urge and capacity toward one’s own life and self, which is dampening one’s own spirit of living and causing Spiritual Stress. This has caused severe damage to Individual’s Health and overall well being, leading to over indulgent and rash life styles, eating and sleeping disorders, subsequently causing wide range of diseases.

Ancient Yogic wisdom has an approach to cater to an individual’s overall personality which is a blend of one’s Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Social, Physiological & Spiritual characteristics.

The “Joyful Living Program” formerly known as Siddha Samadhi Yoga (SSY) is one such program Designed and Created by spiritual master Guru Rishi Prabhakar to enhance the overall personality of an individual and open up various possibilities in one’s life to enable oneself to live up to his true potential. This makes him a very Joyous, Peaceful, Productive and Prosperous individual at all Levels.

In short “Joyful Living Program” is a science of managing happiness. This approach ensures that the person becomes inspirational to others to do whatever is needed voluntarily, with dedication and self assumed responsibility.

Today along with providing stimulus to Economy which is required to relieve from stress at one level, it is also necessary to provide assistance to our Emotion, Energy and Enthusiasm to create awareness for values of Care and Share.
