As part of St. Louis Machine Learning & Data Science's summer schedule, they are having a couple of hands-on workshops. This one is about Python, so we're going to have a huge awesome group full of Pythonistas and Machine Learning enthusiasts! Bring your laptop and work with real data.

The workshop will involve using Python's Scikit-Learn toolbox (http://scikit-learn.org/stable/) to import and view data and then work with various built-in classification and regression modules.

Attendance will limited to around 25. Please RSVP at their event page (https://www.meetup.com/St-Louis-Machine-Learning/events/119641742/) so we know how many to expect. Any RSVPs on our normal group page won't be registered for this event.

Starting next month, we'll be meeting monthly at T-Rex. IDC projects has graciously agreed to sponsor our meetup space, and we have a couple great speakers lined up. If you have an idea for a talk (whether or not you want to present it yourself) please email me (brian@brianthicks.com.)
