Lilla Allmänna Gränd 9, Stockholm
During the spring and summer every Friday evening there will be Tango Classes in Gröna Lund pavillion. There's always plenty ladies to dance with, i would encourage more males to join. Either you are an experienced Tango dancer or an absolute beginner, you are most welcome!
The meeting point will always be at the entrance to the Dance Floor, which is opposite to the Stage. The classes are free once you have entered Gröna Lund, with a green card you can enter Gröna Lund from 27th April until October free of charge, the card costs 220kr for the whole summer, without it you will pay 100kr entrance fee each time, so it is worth it, also it is not personal, so others can use it when you can't.
You can get to Gröna lund easily either with the No 7 tram (Spårvagn) towards Djurgården (Skansen) from Sergels Torg just near Kulturhuset in T-Centralen.
If you have a monthly SL travel card, I recommend that you take the Djurgården ferry from Slussen.
The ferry leaves Slussen every 15 minutes (00, 15, 30, 45) and takes 10 minutes direct to Gröna lund.
The ferry usually costs 40kr each way, but with the SL monthly card it is free.
You can take your bike on the ferry, but it costs 40kr each way, so not worth it, it only takes 15 minutes to cycle to Gröna Lund from Slussen, plus if you have a City Cycle Card, there is one just outside Gröna Lund where you can leave your bike.
You can buy the card in advance at www.gronalund.se or buy on the night there are not usually big queues to buy it.
