"SUP" is short for Stand Up Paddle-boarding.. "Kai" is Hawaiian for "Ocean or Sea". Together the name embodies all that we love about the sport of Stand Up Paddle boarding. You will find that the SUP community is a welcoming one that is filled with the "aloha" spirit. We love to be outside enjoying the beauty of the San Francisco Bay Area, all while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. What is PaddleFIT? PaddleFit is a complete fitness system developed by an affiliate in Southern California. We will spend the majority of our time in the great outdoors, taking advantage of the natural terrain to enhance our workout experience, both physically and mentally. Land & SUP Circuit Training: Try something truly new and innovative. SUP works your core and fires up all of your stabilizing muscles. Combine SUP with a land based program and you truly have a full body workout. There is strength in numbers. True statement, especially in our group Paddle Fitness circuit classes. We work in small groups of 6-10 and they're packed with motivated, not-afraid-to-sweat people who'll inspire and push you. Join us and be on the lookout for for our PaddleFit classes, Stand Up Paddleboarding lessons or adventures. Come dressed to get wet, paddle and have fun in the sand! Depending upon interest we paddle at the following locations: Lake Del Valle, Shadow Cliff's Recreational Park, Quarry Lakes& Crown Beach in Alameda
