TITLE: Managing Chaos - Successful Leadership in Dynamic Organizations

Chaos. By definition, it is something that easily spins out of control. As you know firsthand, your success and the success of your team depend upon your ability to manage a culture of constant change.

As management, as much as we rely on linear logic, the fact remains that linear logic only goes so far when dealing with human beings. Getting a team of diverse individuals to work together on very complex tasks in changing conditions takes a level of skill sets way beyond the best software tools or analytical methods. The good news is that, when you understand the syntax, or structure, of effective collaboration, you can successfully bring order to apparent chaos.

In this seminar, Managing Chaos, you will be equipped to create the culture and performance you want. Through the SYNTAXTM system, you will learn how to discern behaviors that make the difference between non-productive chaos and creative synergy. You will be given tools to easily and naturally find that better way, in the moment it’s needed.

Managing Chaos is not just a list of do’s and don’ts that gets heads nodding but no real action. Rather, during this interactive, roll-up-your-sleeves seminar, you will rehearse practical methods that increase your clarity and enhance synchronization. You will talk the walk and walk the talk -- and see where it can lead you.

Sick of chaos running the show? Come and learn how to make it work for you!
