Founded in 1995, The Silicon Valley Association of Startup Entrepreneurs (SVASE) is the largest and fastest growing nonprofit association in Northern California dedicated exclusively to helping technology entrepreneurs – from the idea through product launch – find co-founders, secure venture funding and build successful businesses, across all technology driven industries (Clean Energy, Digital Media, Life Sciences, Next Generation Internet, Mobile, Security, Software, Semiconductors and more.)

SVASE accomplishes our mission through the work of a group of dedicated volunteers who build our EVENTS and ON-LINE RESOURCES available to members, affiliates and the general public:

EVENTS: SVASE hosts 10-12 events each month, attended by an average 500 entrepreneurs, VCs and Angels per month, at venues around the SF Bay area and occasionally in other cities and countries. Key events are the monthly StartUp-U lunches for first time entrepreneurs, the monthly Main Event & Business Interface Groups (for education and networking), the monthly CXO Forums (for collegial connections), the weekly VC Breakfast Club & bi-monthly First Impressions (for funding preparation), and the annual Launch: Silicon Valley (www.launchsiliconvalley.org) for product launch.

ON-LINE RESOURCES: Members have access to unique, proprietary online resources to build their businesses, including the "24 Hour Networking" mailing list, the "VC Database," the "Jobs in funded Startups Database," "VC Experts" plus Special Offers, and a whole lot more!
