The keynote will articulate the basic rules of health information privacy and security for HIPAA compliance. We will look at who needs to comply with HIPAA’s Privacy and Security rules, and HIPAA’s proposed methodology for insuring compliance. Finally we’ll cover what happens for non-compliant entities.

Gorka spent the last 20 years initiating, building and growing businesses that provide technology solutions to the industry.
