Continuous Integration using Jenkins

  • Apr 5, 2012 · 7:00 PM

Joe McMahon of White Hat will be presenting a topic on Continuous Integration. Continuous Integration is a means by which code commits go into an automated build process and automated test process. This gives the developer timely feedback, letting him know whether his code flies or fails. Joe McMahon will be demonstrating Jenkins (previous name was Hudson), a continuous integration tool and how it can be used for Perl projects.

Got to see a good presentation. Enjoyed the company of a friendly bunch of perl geeks.

Joe did a GREAT job...I feel like I should run around and convert my entire infrastructure to use Jenkins now. :-)
