New moms/dads, not so new moms/dads, babies and any child willing to stay seated in their stroller....are welcome to come out and get those endorphines flowing as we discover the pathways this fall in the North Glenmore, Altadore, and nearby parklands. All you need is a pair of walking shoes and a stroller and away we go! (Bring a bottle of water too!)
Walks will be between 30-45 minutes at an entry level workout pace. If you're like me, you know the weightloss, friendship building, positivity and fresh air benefits of walking. Please join me as we crunch through the fall leaves!
We're still having beautiful weather, so I encourage you to keep up the walking and friendships. I am always looking for group members input on walking locations. How about a morning walk on Tuesdays or Fridays? Your feedback is much appreciated.
