MISSION STATEMENT:

The SWFL 9.12 Project exists to unite, educate, and take action to preserve the U.S. Constitution and founding principles.

"Are you willing to spend time studying the issues, making yourself aware, and then conveying that information to family and friends? Will you resist the temptation to get a government handout for your community? Realize that the doctor's fight against socialized medicine is your fight. We can't socialize the doctors without socializing the patients. Recognize that government invasion of public power is eventually an assault upon your own business. If some among you fear taking a stand because you are afraid of reprisals from customers, clients, or even government, recognize that you are just feeding the crocodile hoping he'll eat you last."

In or Out 2010

Glenn has a simple challenge for Washington lawmakers:

Are you in or are you out?

If your politician doesn’t believe, support or reflect these beliefs in their

actions then they aren’t supporting you. More importantly, they aren’t

supporting, protecting or defending the Constitution.



To Congress, the 5 Pledges

1.I believe in a balanced budget and therefore will vote for a freeze in government spending until that goal is realized.

2.I believe government should not increase the financial burden on its citizenry

during difficult economic times therefore I will oppose all tax increases until

our economy has rebounded.

3.I believe more than four decades of U.S. dependence on foreign oil is a

travesty therefore I will support an energy plan that calls for immediately

increasing usage of all domestic resources including nuclear energy, natural

gas and coal as necessary.

4.I believe in the sovereignty and security of our country and therefore will

support measures to close our borders except for designated immigration points so we will know who is entering and why and I will vehemently oppose any measure giving another country, the United Nations, or any other entity, power over U.S. citizens.

5.I believe the United States of America is the greatest country on earth and

therefore will not apologize for policies or actions which have served to free more and feed more people around the world than any other nation on the planet.

Meet with local fans of the nationally syndicated talk show host, Glenn Beck. Our group brings together Americans in Southwest Florida that do not want America to continue on the road to Socialism and want to stop the extreme government spending. Our group desires to protect the Constitution and the principles and values that have made America the land of opportunity! When we all come together we realize "we are not alone" and it inspires us.

We offer seminars and book discussions to educate and an Issue Watch to keep members informed. We assist and support groups and events that promote limited government

and protection of our liberties. Town Hall meetings, candidate forums and voter's registration events will be presented in the future. See the calendar below for Seminars being offered. The Book Club is presently reading the "The 5000 Year Leap".

We will keep you informed about local, state and national events that support the 9 principles and 12 values that Glenn Beck brings light to on his radio show Mon.-Fri. from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on 92.5 FOX Radio FM and on GBTV from 5:00-7:00 pm Mon. - Fri.
