This is a professionally led weekly group that offers support and skills for getting through the breakup of a significant relationship or marriage. We will focus on rebuilding - your self worth, your confidence, your emotional strength, and your energy. The group will combine time for discussion with the presentation of information. Come join us - you don't have to do this alone!

The fee for this group is $7 per group or $25 if you pay for the month in advance.  We have two separate meetings  - choose the one most convenient for you - either Thursday during the day (in Roseville), or Tuesday during the evening (in Carmichael).

Our Tuesday meeting is each week from 6:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. at the Carmichael offices of Fall Creek Counseling Associates (on Coyle Avenue -you'll see the actual address and directions once you join) .

Our Thursday meeting is weekly from 2:00 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. at our Roseville offices (on Sunrise Avenue near Cirby).

We will keep each group small, with a maximum of 12 members.  Members who commit to coming every week will be given priority if we exceed this number.  We will also consider adding a second group to accommodate more folks.   We decided to keep the group private to respect everyone's confidentiality.
