I-80 to Highway 113 North, then take the Hutchison Drive exit, turn left (West) and go over Hwy 113 to the primate center (about 2 miles).

Hutchison is very popularly misspelled as Hutchinson (with an N). This mistake is so common that it actually was on one of the freeway signs in Davis as Hutchinson; it remained so for a couple of years until the sign was corrected in late 2006 (http://daviswiki.org/2006).
