Let's get together and talk about things C++

Given the favorite day of the week for the meetup is Tuesday, I'm rescheduling future meetups for Tuesdays when possible. (nobody who answered the survey said that Tuesday was a bad day) I see that 6:00 is maybe a little bit early for some people, but the library closes at 8, so I hesitate to schedule for 7:00; feel free to show up a bit late!
