Line Dancing is great fun and physical activity, to both Country and other contemporary music. You don't dance with a partner -- just a herd of people more or less in lines, doing the same routine. All ages; single, couples, or families with teens (age 12 and up recommended). Non-stressful way to learn some dance moves and rhythms. Then if you meet/come-with someone you want to dance closer to (mmm, mmm), there are lots of other dance types you could transition to: Country Western couples dances; Ballroom, Swing, or Latin club dances; Contra; Square and Round.

“Was re-introduced to line dancing about 1-1/2yrs ago, but have only gone sporadically. I used to line dance quite a bit, but that was in the early 90’s. So, when my friend sent me an email letting me know about this group, sounded like a good fit.”
