    "They won't do a special group tour either. To schedule this we would have to pick a date in March, pay for it, then hope the weather will be nice. Oh, and they charge $5 for processing. That's over $50 that would be non-refundable...."

    "I just called [masked], the ticket office number for Alcatraz, and they are all sold out for the 4th of Feb. (at least for the night time tour). The cost is $48. That includes the ferry and tour. There is no refund on Alcatraz tickets or tours...."
