This will be a real world development Sprint using SCRUM methodology and Unity 3D. Unity Pro Trial licenses will be provided to all event participants. The project we will be working on is Doomsday Zombies. The objective of this event will help give real world experience using SCRUM and Unity3D for a real game that will be published in or around June/July of 2013.

This event is like a Game Jam but instead the focus will not be different projects but all participants will be focusing on one project, Doomsday Zombies.

For new developers, this is an awesome opportunity to show your production skills with programming, Art, Sound or Design. For skilled developers this is still a great opportunity to meet new developers and learn more about a SCRUM development environment.

Note, this event is not only for developers, but for anyone interested in the software development process. We will be needing interested people to test and do focus groups for user feedback to help make Doomsday Zombies a better product.

Participation is not required for the full 5 days, but we recommend you try your best to be there everyday as there will be prizes and awards for developer contributions.

Doomsday Zombies is an isometric dual stick toonish shooter in pre-beta phase for iOS, Android, and OUYA. The story behind the game: It is the end of the world due to a Zombie Apocalypse, you must fight to survive and scavenge goods.
